Health Protection Scotland (HPS) would like to request that all Scottish Yellow Fever Vaccination Centres now submit their annual, yellow fever vaccine utilisation figures for 2013.
Annual returns can be submitted online or alternatively a PDF of the vaccine returns form for the period 1 Jan - Dec 31 2013, can be downloaded from the HPS website and posted or faxed in. Annual returns must be submitted by 01 March 2014.

YFVC in EWNI are also required by the National Travel Health Network and Centre (NaTHNaC) to complete an annual return of YF vaccine use during the preceding year (January to December).
Details of the required information for this return will be posted on the NaTHNaC website in January, together with a link to the AR survey, which should be submitted electronically to NaTHNaC within a specified time frame. YFVC in EWNI will also be notified by email when this link is open.
