HPS would like to alert TRAVAX users to a two day interruption of the telephone helpline service.
The helpline will not be available on Monday 20 and Wednesday 22 May 2013. Normal service will be resumed on Friday 24 May when the helpline will be available between the hours of 09:30 and 11:30.
TRAVAX users should be aware that answers to many of the common enquiries to the helpline are available on TRAVAX in a Q&A format. The Q&As can be located via a link on the specific vaccine page under Diseases-Vaccine Preventable.
