Changes to TRAVAX subscription renewal process

From 5th August 2019 we are introducing a new process for subscription renewal for users who pay to access TRAVAX. Please note there is no change for users who currently do not pay for TRAVAX.

Each month if a subscription is due to be renewed an email will be sent to the person who manages the subscription asking them if they wish to renew or cancel the subscription. If no action is taken before the end of the month the subscription will be automatically cancelled and access to TRAVAX will cease.

When a subscription is due for renewal a message will display when users log into TRAVAX. If you do not manage the TRAVAX subscription for your organisation contact the individual who has this responsibility. If the subscription has been cancelled the message will change and advise users when the subscription will end.
