*SCOTTISH* Yellow Fever Vaccination Centre Annual Vaccine Utilisation Returns for 2019

Health Protection Scotland (HPS) would like to request that all Scottish yellow fever vaccination centres (YFVC’s) now submit their annual yellow fever vaccine utilisation figures for 1 January 2019 to the 31 December 2019. Annual returns must be submitted by 1 March 2020.

Annual returns figures can be submitted by email, please use this email address: nss.hpsyellowfever@nhs.net and include all of the following information:

  • UKYFVC Number
  • Name of Yellow Fever Vaccination Centre
  • Total number of yellow fever vaccine doses administered between 1 January 2019 to the 31 December 2019
  • Number (if any) of vaccine associated adverse events reported on the yellow card system
