Yellow Fever Annual Returns

Please be advised that due to the extraordinary impact of COVID-19 this year’s Annual Return will open later and for a longer period of time than usual.

All Scottish yellow fever centres (YFVCs) will be emailed with instructions on how to submit Annual Returns in due course, we apologise for this delay and thank all involved for their patience.

YFVCs can prepare for the Annual Return by ensuring they can access the following information:

  • UKYFVC Number
  • Name and postcode of YFVC
  • Total numbers recorded between 1st January 2020 – 31st December 2021 of:
    • The number of yellow fever vaccines administered.
    • The number (if any) of vaccine associated adverse events reported to the Medicines & Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) via the yellow card scheme.
