All Scottish Yellow Fever Vaccination Centres (YFVCs), that remained designated during 2021, are reminded that annual returns figures must be submitted each year.
Submission of the annual returns figures is a condition of designation and YFVCs that do not comply with this requirement by the end of March 2022 may be suspended or de-designated.
This year, annual returns figures should be submitted by completing the questions in the PHS Yellow Fever Annual Return for 2021 PDF file (available for download via hyperlink below) and then sending the completed version to this email address: phs.yellowfever@phs.scot
