Changes to the TRAVAX health professional advice line opening hours

The opening hours of the TRAVAX travel health professional advice line are changing.

The telephone advice line is curently open on Friday mornings between 09.30 – 11.00.

  • The advice line will be closed on Friday 03 June 2022 due to the Jubliee bank holiday.

From Monday 06 June 2022 (inclusive), the new advice line opening hours will be:

  • Mondays between 14.00-15.00
  • Thursdays between 14.00-15.00

The advice line is to assist health professionals with queries where the answer cannot be found by using the TRAVAX website alone, for example travellers with complex travel itineraries, underlying health conditions or help with unusual vaccine scheduling.

  • Please note we are unable to provide individual clinical advice to members of the public, they should be directed to our sister website fitfortravel.
