Advice for Travellers
Although an increase in cases has been recorded in 2012, it does not constitute an outbreak; quadrivalent meningococcal meningitis vaccine is not recommended for travellers. Travellers to this particular area should try and avoid densely crowded places and individuals who are coughing and sneezing.
