Chikungunya Virus Infection in Belize

The Belize Ministry of Health has confirmed the first three cases of locally transmitted chikungunya virus infection. The cases have been identified in the Las Flores area of Belmopan. Health officials will schedule spraying activities in the affected community and health education sessions will.
